Voluntary Approved Requests
Voluntary Approved Requests assist the school in replacing and purchasing resources such as Information Technology and school buses replacements.

Pastoral Care $20.00
P&C Contributions per family $40.00
Technology Resource $30.00
Bus Replacement $20.00
Library Resource $15.00

Pastoral Care
The Chaplain’s role is to serve the school by encouraging, motivating and inspiring young people to be the best that they can, and to help them through issues that may threaten their potential. The school would appreciate if you could donate to the Pastoral Care, as this will assist in maintaining this valuable service to the students.

P&C Contributions
The P&C Association seeks your continued support. Parents are asked to pay a contribution of $40.00 per family. This contribution enables the P&C to purchase much needed equipment students use.

School Bus Replacement
The Department of Education does not provide school buses or funding toward a bus and the cost of bus hire to the school is quite substantial. The school has school buses that have significant running costs and your support in donating toward these costs will assist in keeping these running costs down.

Technology Resources
All students will be accessing computers, printers and the internet as a tool to assist them in their learning across all curriculum areas. Costs associated in providing this equipment and service to the students is substantial.

Library Resources
This contribution assists in the resourcing of educational and reference books to assist students in their curriculum program. These books are selected according to the school needs and are specific to the curriculum program.

Other Optional Costs

School Year Book $35.00

Extra Optional Charges
Charges for optional activities are dependent on the student participating in the activity ie: excursions, special programs or general school involvement. Charges to families are calculated on a cost recovery basis and every effort is made to keep the costs to a minimum. Click here for a list of all possible extra optional charges.

Visa Holders
Some visa holders must apply and pay tuition directly to TAFE International WA in addition to the school’s standard requested Voluntary Contributions and Charges. See the following website for further information: https://www.tafeinternational.wa.edu.au/your-study-options/study-at-school

Smartrider Cards
Smartrider Cards are free for Year 7 students. There will be a charge of $5 for any replacement Smartrider Cards in all years. However, students that turn 18 during the year will require to order an adult Smartrider Card and this will incur a $10 charge.
